FIREPITS

Firepits are factory or site-built outdoor appliances. Factory-built firepits are either round, square or rectangular while the design and style options of site-built firepits are nearly unlimited. Each firepit, whether factory or site-built, has six basic components: enclosure, burner, plate, media, ignition system, and optional controls. Firepit burners range in output from 60,000 BTU/hour up to over 300,000 BTU/hour. To design the firepit you want, simply make the selection for each component that has the look you want and operates the way you want. While firepit enclosures are most commonly round, they can be constructed in the shape of your choice. You can have glass, logs, or rocks—or a combination of the three—top off your firepit and complete your look.
